Mills (Hally H. Mills) born 1887 married a Pearl Ivy born 1892 both were born in Mississippi---per 1910 US Census I could not locate any other records with this name. However, there is a Hines Hallie Mills bn:1885 registered as living in Desoto Parrish, LA Sept. 1918 with wife that appears to be Pearl (handwriting wasn't the best)as nearest relative listed in World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918. Louisa Mills 8 James W Mills 6 Frances A Mills 4 Nancy Mills 2.12 Anyone have any further information on these two? There are several James W. Mills floating around and I can't seem to find a matching Ella. Maybe Ella is a middle name?
