He married Virginia Moreland and they had 7 children, I believe - Floyd, Jr., Edith Mary, Margaret Ruth, and Samuel. Three died in infancy. I do know they were in Pineville and eventually moved to Harlan, County. I know nothing of Floyd's family. There was/is an Aunt Lizzie in Pineville but I'm not sure she is related to Floyd or Virginia. I do know Floyd was killed in a coal mine accident in the late 30's and is buried in Pineville.
