    3. Tammy, My Mills moved from NC or SC to Mississippi around 1840 with a family of Alderson's. My gggrandfather, James G. Mills and wife, Pamela Elizabeth Alderson Mills moved to Lafayette Co., Mississippi around 1840 with Pamela's parents. My ggrandfather, James Alderson Mills and wife, Martha Craig and children, James Hugh Mills, Ethel Mills, and A. P. Mills(my grandfather) moved to White Co., Arkansas in the around 1890. James G. Mills was born in 1815 in NC or SC and died in Lafayette Co., Ms. on 29 Dec 1885. James G.'s father is John Mills and he had a brother named George Washington Mills who lived in SC. Do you have any information on this Mills family? Will share with you.
