Just tried again, well about a half hour ago, and yes still cannot access rootsweb or ancestry through AOL service. That is, I have QWEST for my modem INTERNET PROVIDER and use AOL to go further. Then do have WINDOWS XP as my OS./ wonder if that has anything to do with it. Considering how big ANCESTRY is overall, you would think that they would get all the BUGS out of the their changes in the PROGRAMS before they implement them.
