tried again to just sign onto ancestry.com and still cannot access them through AOL. or at least my server, of QWEST service. Not sure what the problem is ongoing now this is over 3 days having this problem. You would think that it would have been resolved by now. Also, when and If I ever did get signed onto ancestry.com, I already paid for the service, and they are flagging me at the top of the page, saying that my subscription is about to expire and to update my payment status. I've noticed a couple of times recently that when I open Ancestry and search, I get the other sorts of results, which I don't like either. When you go to Ancestry, look to see whether the little box titled "Exact matches only" is checked. It's located under the tab for "Historical Records." Make sure it's checked and try your search again.
