    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/jE1.2ACEB/3552 Message Board Post: Searching for a death date for my gggg grandfather William Mills born abt. 1799 in England. In 1903 it was reported in a Fort Wayne IN newspaper when my ggg grandfather (also named William) died that William Mills Sr. was still alive in London at the age of 104 years old. I can't seem to locate him on the Wales/ England Death Index online. Is there another way of locating information on him? I thought he would be very easy to find because of his age but haven't been able to locate even a matching census record for him. He was married to a Sarah Blous/Blows. Any ideas on what records I could use to find him would be appreciated. I have run out of ideas. Did they publish obituaries in England in the early 1900s? Please contact Susan at Gentree3@aol.com

    2. Hi Jeanine: This was from postings on the RootsWeb.com message boards. Back in March of 2005. Possibly New Hackensack, NY was later re zoned or annexed to New Jersey. But will try to get in touch with the Bergen County Historical Society to see what they have on the family John MILLS if anything, of Sussex County, before it was same. Thank you again. Pat cw

    3. Pat, I was reading the below statement from you. I was born in Bergen County, NJ...Hackensack is the County Seat. I don't know if it was known as "New Hackensack" previously & I don't know if there is a New Hackensack, NY....However, I do know there is a Dutch Reformed Church in Hackensack & Bergen County was founded by the Dutch & has many Dutch Reformed Churches thru out Bergen County. I believe there is a Bergen County Historical Society & I think it may be in Paramus, NJ, but not sure. James and Mary were married 3 10 1788, Dutch Reformed Church, New Hackensack, NY, this is listed on familysearch.org, I looked it up on 3 19 05. Did that information turn out to be false? Mary WADDLE, was dau of Robert WADDLE and Mary DAVIS. That was info from Helen that the WADDLE'S were "of the Jersey's". Did that info also turn out not to be true? Hope some of this helps.
