Once again Thank You for the files. One of the files (John Wesley) had a portion of what I had, but just the Parents (listed as Wesley Mills) and one child. No links how ever. I have seen the DNA mentioned but do not know much about. Sound worth exploring. Thank You once again and may you family search be beneficial. Ray Mills
If any of you Mills have not read " KEGLEYS VIRGINIA FRONTIER BY F. B. KEGLEY" You need to get ahold of this and read it. It seems that the Mills owned 1/2 of Virginia at one time. I will begin to make plans to attend the reunion There are several John's in our background, do you have any of the wife's names One of the counties our MIlls lived in was Wayne Co North Carolina. They were Quakers and went to Ohio after they left NC I hope there is a connection Thanks for organizing a reunion, even if we find out that we are not of the same Mills clan, it is interesting to know people are getting together If we are connected I must tell you that we have found out that some of our Mills came to Oregon in the 1843 and being Quakers, settled in Newberg, Oregon Let me know if there is a connection Thanks-----Original Message----- From: Larry Mills <lempga@bellsouth.net> To: MILLS-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Tue, 23 May 2006 10:48:45 -0400 Subject: Re: [MILLS] Mills Reunion 2006 Web site Tammy, Please have everyone send registrations to me.
