There is listed a Robert MILLS 1717 - 1754 Stamford, CT wife Dorothy MIDDLEBROOK 1717 - 1778 is listed as child of John MILLS - Mary FOUNTAIN of MABC. Interestingly that John MILLS - Mary FOUNTAIN is also listed as DNA Kit # 35970 as well. At this moment, I cannot seem to log onto the DNA web site to compare those 2 DNA Kits to see if they match. I have Lucy Mills who married Giles Dayton jr. in 1798. She was the daughter of Cpl. Edward Mills & Hannah Avery; Edward was killed in 1781 at Ft. Griswold when Benedict Arnold attacked Groton. Edward was the son of John Mills & Hannah Starr. John is my brick wall, I can not find his parents or tie him to any of the other Mills lines in the New England area.
