Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Joseph and Edith S. (Karh) Miller. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Joseph L. Miller, of Barto; three daughters, Lori M. Weinstein, of Flemington, N.J., Sherry A. Miller, of King of Prussia, and Diane, wife of Tibor Lesko, of Palm Springs, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Miller Sr. of Daniel Boone Road, Birdsboro, died Thursday of natural causes at the Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading, where she had been a patient for four weeks. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Leslie C. and Ella A. (Welfley) Thompson. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Ernest R. Miller Jr., of Pottstown and David J. Miller of Temple; one daughter, Ellen N. (Miller), wife of Guy A.Weaver, of Exter; two sisters, Janet (Thompson), wife of Paul Roberts and Annie (Thompson), wife of Calvin Zartman, both of Douglassville; and five grandchildren. (Lerner) Miller, died Dec. 24 at his residence in Keyser, W.Va. Mr. Miller was born in Pottstown to the late Jacob and Stephanie Miller. In addidtion to his wife, Mr. Miller is survived by on daughter Melody J. Bush; one sister, Alice Beacraft, Anyor, S.C.; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
