Hello I am looking for a descendant line, that somebody might share, of the Illinois Wrights, Millers and Lightfoot connections. There are many marriages between these three lines and I am interested in those lines that have descendants in Knox, Fulton and Woodford Illinois areas. Especially any Lightfoots that may have resided in Yates City, Farmington, Eureka Illinois area's that married into the Wright's and Miller lines. It has been said that a Lightfoot ran a barber shop in Yates City, that could have been related. What I am looking for is a very difficult connection. My grandmother Clara Belle Murphy, born August 13, 1896, daughter of James Murphy and Mary Virginia Wright born 1863 in Elba Twp, Knox County, Illinois, said she was related to the Lightfoots of Eureka Illinois. Now, Mary Virginia Wright, born 1863 above, is daughter of Joseph Wright and Lavina Miller, possibly of Fulton County, Illinois. I can see several simular name lines in these lines, of Wright, Miller and Lightfoot, including Lavina, but have yet to find the one I am seeking.
