Young Mch 4, 1832 Hawkins County Tennessee Whereas I John Young of Hawkins County and state aforementioned being sound in body and mind do for the love and affection I have toward my son Arthur G. Young give and convey unto him and his heirs forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Carter Valley and in county of aforesaid it being a tract of land conveyed to by John Thompson containing three hundred acres more or less and described as follows on the East by William(?) Carter(?) and William Thompson and on West by Thomas Ingram and north by John Galbrethy and Enoch Roberson and on the south by Jacob Miller it being all which I own within said county. Now know all men by these presents that I John Young do on this the 27th day of November in the year 1829 give and convey unto my son Arthur G. Young the above names tract or parcel of land signed in the presence of: Ward Young John Young John Young, Jr. Robert Young State of Tennessee Court of Pleas 20 Hawkins County August sessions 1832 A deed of gift from John Young, Sr. and to Arthur G.
