    3. Hi everybody, as we all have the same problem, looking for people with a very common name, here is another one, having a very common firstname also: I am looking for my great-great-grandfather GEORGE WILLIAM MILLER b. 25 oct 1835 Richland,OH I can follow him back ´till he enlisted in the 8th INF ILL, Company H on 25th jul 1861 in Vandalia,IL. I found a Jackson Miller at Allen Co., OH in the 1850 Census (277b) with a son named William (as sooo many others), age 16. Does anybody did research on this family and nows about this William? I know, that GEORGE WILLIAM he was married (approximatly 1860) and had a child MARY C. MILLER (also a very unusual name, haha). She was born 17 apr 1861. Her mother (we don´t have a name) died 12 days after delivery: 29 apr 1861. What happened with Mary? During my research I found some records, but have no proof yet, to be sure which one could be the right one (if there might be). Does anybody have more informations on the following persons or does anybody is looking for a lost father of "his/her" Mary C. Miller? Mary Catherine Miller christening 27 jul 1861 Bergstrasse Evang. Luth. Church, Lancester,PA Mary C. Miller daughter of William Miller and Cynthia A. Wilson b. 1861 Of, Warren, KY Cynthia Ann Wilson married William (another record says W.T.)Miller 10 mar 1860 in Warren, KY Mary Miller b. about 1861 in OH married James Collins Phillips b. 1857 As I live in Sweden, the web and (slow) letters are the only way to do research for be. Therefor I would be very glad to find any connection on my "brickwall" George Wm. Miller. Thanks in advance!
