Partial only� Peter Miller to John Kepler 1802 �.Then south eighty eight west two hundred ten poles to sourwood hickory and beach on the bank of the river, then down the rise to the beginning. Containing by estimation one hundred and twelve more or less being part of the grant the one for two hundred and fifty acres granted to Peter Cooke and conveyed to the said Peter Miller the seventh day of December one thousand nine hundred and ninety five. The other for one hundred and eighty four and a half acres granted to the said Peter Miller the seventeeth day of July one thousand seven hundred and ninety five and the reversion and reversion and remainder and remainders to have and to hold the said tract of land and all and singular. The premises aforementioned and every part and parcel thereof with the apertures unto the said Jno Kepler and his heirs forever and I the said Peter Miller for myself and my heirs doth hereby warrant and defend the right and title of said land unto the said John Kepler and his heirs indentures whereof I the said Peter Miller that thereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty fifty day of December on thousand eight hundred and two.
