Miller: Found out his birth must have been the 25th oct 1835 and that I did some mistake: he is born in Richland, OH what does not mean that he was born in Richland County (as I thought). There are 12 !!!! Richlands (Towns or townships) in Ohio in different counties: Allen, Belmont, Clinton, Darke, Defiance, Fairfield, Guernsey, Holmes, Logan, Marion, Vinton, Wyandot. Does anybody could lookup the 1840 or 1850 census (or census index) of those counties? Or does anybody knows a link where I can find them? I tried to buy a census CDrom but it costs $44 only for shipping (as the seller does) to sweden. Thanks for helping. Angelika
