Reference is made to <jessie@netheaven.com> e-mail. I don't think we match but there are some tempting similarities. My great grandfather, Jesse MILLER was born in Yates, Co. N. Y. on 5 Sept 1838. His parents were Leonard MILLER and Lydia MILLER (that's her maiden name). We know very little about them except that Leonard was apparently born in Pa. and Lydia in Va. Their sojourn in New York was short and they later moved on into Ohio. Could there be some connection? Jessie and your Mary Elizabeth were born 30 years apart but could still be siblings. Jessie's birthdate (1838) could reasonably make him Caleb's son although Caleb was not married until 1846. Mary also seems to be a favorite name in both families, Jesse married Mary Ellen Shannon, and my mother's name was Mary Etta Miller. Probably no connection but close. Herb
