Looking for any info on the following line: John Herbert Miller, b 1899/1900, Morgan Co. WVA m Hattie Shipper maybe abt 1920. They resided in Martinsburg, Berkeley Co, WVA, where they had at least three children. My grandfather, John Richard Miller, Sr. b Oct 18 1924, d June 18 1984, was the third child, and according to his birth certificate, one of the other children died before he was born. Thanks, Kim
