We are two cousins looking for descendants of the above pair. Adam Miller b abt 1781 PA, d 1854 St Joseph Co, IN He was a minister. We don't know his parents. married about 1806 to Sarah Prior b 1787 probably Greene Co, PA, d 1850 Edwardsburg, MI Child of Abigail Rose and Nathan Prior. Children: Mary Miller John Prior Miller Samuel W Miller Anthony Miller David Devore Miller Adam Miller, Jr Elizabeth Rose Prior Miller Jacob E Miller Margaret Miller Eliza Wetmore Miller Henry Spears Miller and one more whose name I don't have yet. Family moved from Pa into Ohio between 1809 and 1812. Moved around some and in Ross County, OH in 1828. They also seem to have lived in MI and IN after 1830. I suspect Adam was a circuit riding minister in the Methodist church. There were many ministers in the family in subsequent generations. Sarah's brother was a minister.
