My gg grandfather, Abram Miller, born about 1794, was married in Carlisle, Cumberland, PA, in 1829. Sons David b.1830 and John b.1833 raised families in that area. John later moved to Washington County, MD. Several of Johns children wound up in the Chicago area. I don't know of any connection to the other names in your list but hope this information might ring a bell.
