Trying to find researcher of: Reuben MILLER b. 1784 son of James MILLER b. 1745 New Garden Township, Chester Co. PA and Jane ELLIOTT. Reuben's parents were married in 1868. Reuben's dad, James, served as a patriot in the civil office of the Overseer of the Poor for New Garden Township during the Revolution. James died in 1809, and his widow Jane, died in 1813.
