Anyone have knowledge of this person. Born in Illinois et 1870-1880. Had one known brother Cornelius Miller also born in Illinois. Moved to Dallas Texas by 1900. Lost track of Cornelius. Orland remained in Dallas until his death. Can't find them on the 1880 Census.
