Dear List, I would like to find out more information on Jacob Miller (father of Christopher Columbus Miller b. at sea in 1767) who came from Germany in 1767. Below is his lineage down to Sarah Miller b. 1857 which I believe to be my Sarah Columbia Miller. Any information would be greatly appreciated on Jacob Miller from Germany in 1767, or Sarah Columbia Miller born in 1757. Sarah was the dtr. of a Phillip Miller and she married Alonzo H. Miller (son of Hiram and Anne Mariah Metzger) in 1889 in Fairchance, Fayette Co., Pa., but may have been married previously to a Taylor.
