BALLEW, and SOPHIA W. RIGGS. She is survived by her sisters, MARCELLA M. HOUSER and LILLIE MILLER PARKE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was a devoted member of Mary's Chapel United Church and the widow of WILLIS MILLER. Funeral services 8 p.m. Monday at Stubblefield Funeral Home with Rev. Caroline Goddard and Rev. Charles Davis officiating. Family and friends will meet at Heath's Chapel Cemetery, 1 p.m. Tuesday for interment.
