    1. Re: [Miller] Jacob Wesley Miller b. 1822
    2. Sue, Here is what is on the 1860 Census in Savannah: Jacob Miller Age in 1860: 69 Birth Year: abt 1791 Birthplace: Georgia (Country) Home in 1860: Savannah District 3, Chatham, Georgia Gender: Male Post Office: Savannah Value of real estate: View image Household Members: Name Age Jacob Miller 69 Caroline Miller 50 James Miller 25 Elizabeth Miller 20 Thomas P Miller 19 Virginia Miller 17 Henry P Miller 16 William J Miller 14 Charles J Miller 12 George M Miller 10 Martha Bancroft 57 Charles Cannon 30 James Hamilton 19 Benjamin Lebeck 28 Maxey Scott 22 William Baker 20 Thomas Edger 30 James M Jones 62 Henry M Calwell 35 Catharine Calwell 30 Ernest Pragerch 28 It looks like they had a rooming house. I believe Henry P Miller is Henry Purse Miller. He stayed in Savannah, I have a newpaper photo of him. He was one of the Hussars during the war. He died in Milledgeville which was an assylum. I have tried to find out if this Henry Miller is connected to my Savannah Millers, since the newspaper clipping came from the estate of one of them. They all belonged to the same church. My Marshall line is from England>Florida>GA Susan In a message dated 1/6/2007 11:32:06 PM, miller-request@rootsweb.com writes: > The children were: > > Asbury b. 1849 VA > Charles b. 1851 TN > Mary "Minnie" b. 1853 b.
