Patti, There are a group of Miller's in the Allen County and Putnam County, Ohio census who state they were born in Pa. One of them is a Lewis Miller born 6 April 1816. I notice that he has a son Lewis and the son has a son Lewis. Is their a possible connection there? The Ohio Lewis's are my kin. However, I have never found the 1816's parents. Don't know if maybe I'm grasping at straws or what but thought I'd add this to the mixture. Kay Markham in Southern Illinois. Miller b 25 Nov 1824 Ohio second child: Elizabeth Miller ca 1848 third child: James b ca Jan 1850 Ohio fourth child: Lewis Miller born 9 Jul 1858 Allen Co., Ohio died Aug 1904 Marion Co., Indiana maried Lucy B. Ann Miller Scott has done lots of work on the Washington co MILLER line. Licking co Ohio is where some came and are somehow connected to my John B. Miller who came to Licking co from Loudoun co VA, but according to census was born in PA. There are others who have worked on these Miller lines. Ann is librarian at PalAm in Columbus Ohio.
