MILLER, employed as an investigator for R. C. SCHINDLER, Inc., 525 Fifth avenue, Manhattan today opposed the application of his wife, Gertrude E., of 7711 Sixty-fifth street, Glendale, for an order directing him to pay her $50 per week and $750 counsel fees. Mrs. MILLER claims her husband promised to pay her $50 weekly under the terms of a separation agreement, entered into after they had left one another. MILLER declares he paid the $50 per week for almost a year, when he was brought into Domestic Relations Court by his wife. There he claims, the weekly payment was reduced to $30, which he has been paying since.
