SHANLEY, wife of James Roosevelt SHANLEY, of 107 Riverside Drive, has been granted an interlocutory decree of absolute divorce by Supreme Court Justice MC LEAN on report of Ralph G. MILLER, who was appointed referee to take testimony in the case. Mrs. SHANLEY is awarded the absolute custody of the three children. SHANLEY is a member of the Shanley Contracting Company, of Newark, N.J., the principal contractors of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
