The diplomas were awarded after a formal full dress military review. The Brooklyn graduates were Arthur W. BYXBEE, George A. CARLETON, Horace F. ISLEIB, Harold G. MILLER, Robert E. ROBBINS, Rudolph R. RUYL and Archibald D. SMITH. The Long Island graduates were: Henry J.BERTRAM, Roosevelt; Robert H. BLOOM, Jackson Heights; Hugh A. DUNCAN, Bellerose; William A.
