The will is dated 11 July 1813 In the name of God, I Lewis Miller of Fayette County in the state of Pennsylvania am very sick and low in body but of sound mind and memory constitute this last will and testament. First I desire that by body be directly buried and all the funeral expenses be paid out of my substance. Secondly I desire my attorney lawyer all debts be paid of my substance regarding the remaining part of my substance consisting of light bonds, fifty pounds cash and one house and lot in Harriet town. This said house _____is to be sold together with some _________property and the money arising thence including the aforementioned eight fifty round bonds to be equally divided of my eleven loving children namely my son Samuel and my son Nicholas and my daughter Catherine and my daughter Hannah and my daughter Elizabeth and my son Solomon and my son David and my daughter Mary and my son Jacob and my son Abraham and my daughter Rebekah. I do ____ and appoint my son Samuel Miller and David Craft/Gault/Erap/Gray/ as executors of my estate above mentioned. I hereby declare that this is my last will and testament as witnessed where events I set my hand and fixed my seal the 8th day of January in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundered and eight.
