Francis could well be the brother of my Peter Miller. We have no idea about parnets or siblings as of now. It has been said that he returned to Germany after his wife died and that he left the children, my g grandmother with friends or neighbors to raise. But I think that I found him in St.Louis poorhouse in 1900 and he must have died after that?? There is a story that his wife was part Indian, but I do not know this for certain.
