I am new to the list, Let me introduce myself. My name is Jamie, I live in Virginia. My Great Grandmother was a Miller. She is as far as I have gotten in the Miller line. I will tell you what I know. Her name is Lucinda Jane Miller she was born in 1880 In Mississippi. I have found her with my Great Grandfather in Mississippi County, Arkansas in 1910. His name was Philip Curtright. I have only one picture of her and a lock of hair. She looks to have Indian in her blood. I have been told that her and Philip are cousins they went on to have 9 children Willie, Orval, Charley, Raven, Maggie, Sarah, Edgar, Clarence, and Herman. Lucinda was 15 years old when she had her first child. I have been told that she had been married before and got pregnant with this first son and then her husband died and Philip married her raising this son as his own and giving him the Curtright name. I have also been told that Philips brother William married Lucinda's sister her name was Lucy. I am not sure why they would have had 2 children in the same family with the name's Lucy and Lucinda. I am hoping someone can shed some light on my Mississippi Miller's. Thanks Jamie

My ggrandfather, Jacob Louis Miller, b.12 Mar 1864 in Franklin, OH. d. 7 Dec 1933 in Madison, WI, m. Clara Stienstra. My gggrandfather also named Jacob Miller, b. early 1800s near Cincinnatti, OH. died ??? We think he married Annie Flickinger 24 Dec 1861.
