Marriage date, place of birth or date of birth for Charles and Anna M. unknown. In the 1870 - 1885 range. Last place of residence for Anna M. listed as widow of Charles A.Miller in the KANSAS CITY, MO directory, 3339 Broadway. Was listed there in the 1930s and up until 1947. The 1949 directory does not have the Broadway address listed but there was an Anna M. Miller listed living, presumably renting, at 1319 E 32nd ST Terrace, property of Nellie McPhail, also living there until 1957. After 1957 Anna M. was no longer living there. This is my great aunt and the last of the line. I am trying to find when she died and if she had children. To my knowledge, she lived in Kansas City, MO all her adult life. If anyone has any information on her or descendants, please let me know. All help appreciated. My brick wall.

    2. George Harrison
    3. Posted on: Miller Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/FamilyAssoc/Miller/10783 Surname: ------------------------- I am the grandson of Lillian Miller Harrison and the great-grandson of Samuel Warren Miller. He was a descendant of Matthew Miller, who emigrated from Donegal County, Ireland at the time of the American Revolution and settled in Juniato County, Pennsylvania. I have some typed documents that show the family lineage in a non-linear way. It's tough to see who sired who. Matthew was, apparently, a true patriarch who lived to 110. His wife, Mary (Dunn) Miller, was also from Ireland and she died at a mere 95 years of age. I would like to learn more about the people in line between Matthew and Samuel Warren Miller. I'd especially like to know what the line from one to the other actually is. If anyone can help, I'll certainly appreciate it.

Ancestors. You who bore my name, Were your thoughts passed to me? Do I dream your dreams? The sun you saw I see. The moon plays for us both. Days are days. Years are years. But centuries separate us.You who lived centuries ago With my name. Did you see me then? You have not left this earth! You live in my name. You live in me. I give you earthly immortality. My eyes see a different land. My ears hear different sounds. But we worship in unison. The God of your youth. My faith you have given me. The God who watched over you Watches over me. Centuries collapse as Faith unites.Leave you, my ancestor? I could never leave you Without leaving myself. I take pride in you. The soil of your homeland Rests in my heart. Your native language Is the melody of your dreams.I look into your name And see myself. ~ written by W.H. Zoschak (a Slovak) ~
