    1. [MILLER-L] Julian Miller in Monona Co. IA 1910-20
    2. Denise Darting
    3. I am looking for anyone that might know of a Julian Miller who married Myrtle May Fuller sometime between 1910 and 1920. Myrtle lived in Monona Co. Iowa. Julian either died or they divorced because in the 1920 census Myrtle is living back with her father, Thurston Fuller, in Soldier, Monona Co. IA and she has two children, Dorothy and Clarence. I know nothing about Dorothy but Clarence married to unknown and had children, Shirley, Judy, Larry, Randy and Gary. Clarence died in 1994 in Whiting, Monona Co. IA. Shirley married a Remar, Judy married a Williams. Clarence is buried in UTE cemetery in Monona. I am hoping by tracking down what happened to Julian that I might get some more clues on this family.

    1. [MILLER-L] Henry F Miller and Henry T Miller - York co. Pa -c. 1887- any info available?
    2. Pamela Miller
    3. Henry F Miller married Ida Shue in York co. PA. Their application for marriage was filed on Dec. 20, 1888. He was 16 years old and resided in North Codorus Twp. His father, Henry T Miller approved the application. Ida was 19. Her father was William Shue of Codorus Twp. Henry T. Miller appears on tax rolls for North Codorus in 1889 as a livestock owner, but not in earlier years. He was not a land owner. Nothing else is known about him. Henry F. and Ida had several children, including Anna and Paul (birth dates unknown), Charles Henry (Mar 18, 1892), Virginia Ida (Jul 27, 1893), and Harry J (Oct. 5, 1897). Harry J was buried with his mother on Oct 8, 1897 in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, York co., PA. We do know Charles Henry Miller's descendents. Anna was listed in an obituary for Charles as Anna Runk. Supposedly Henry F Miller died sometime in the 1930s or early 1940s. There is an 8 year old Henry F Miller on the 1880 census as a boarder in the Childrens Home in York. We don't know if there is a relationship. Does anyone have any information regarding any of these Millers? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? 1. [MILLER-L] Elizabeth MAYFIELD MILLER
    2. Dolores Miller Pringle
    3. My 5th Great G'mother was Elizabeth MAYFIELD bef. her marriage to Isaac MILLER, Sr. According to info she gave on the 1850 SC Pickens Dist., Census, she was born c1767 in NC. At that time, parts of SC were considered to be in NC, so it's really a guess as to whether she was born in what is now Pickens Co., SC, or over the line somewhere in present-day NC. Elizabeth was called Elizabeth in her husband's will, and he died 28 Jan 1846. Isaac MILLER, Sr. was a son of George MILLER and his wf. Mary who settled in Old Pendleton Dist., SC (in the part that is now Pickens Co., SC). George MILLER settled in this area when it was still Indian land. I have been told by elderly historians in the county that he was most likely the first white man to live there. Elizabeth MAYFIELD MILLER died abt 1855. I have searched in many places and gotten no where with her; she is a definite brick wall. I have also been told that she was Indian - was she??? I've tried looking among the Indian info on the internet and mailing lists and had absolutely not one reply nor found one piece of info. There were many MAYFIELDs in Old Pendleton Dist., some of whom lived near the MILLERS. Was Elizabeth a dau of one of them? All of Elizabeth and Isaac's children were named "MILLER family names" except for the following: William J.and Isabella. The other names, which are well-used MILLER names, are Barbara, Esther, Mary , Isaac, III, George, Jesse. Elizabeth has me intrigued, but I'm at a point where I would really like to be able to place her with her parents. Thanks for reading and thank you for any help! God bless, Dolores Miller Pringle

    3. Still looking for information on Thomas MILLER, born in Maryland according to 1850 census and and 1860 Mortality schedule. Only record of his death I've found, no tombstone as yet. He married Elizabeth CRIST/CHRIST in Fairfield co, Ohio in 1823. Possible parents may be: Coonrad, Abraham. There is also a widow Miller, that could be his mother. I theorize these Millers are connected. They lived close together. Any information on Maryland Millers would be appreciated. Thanks. Margaret Calvin in Ohio.
