Charlie (Chuck) White was a good friend of my father (Bruce M. Clark). I was only about 6 or 7 when Charlie passed away, but I remember him as always cheerful and pleasant to be around. He used to refer to me as "Ace", and would take me along when he did his fire inspections at area businesses. His wife Norma was every bit as kind!
