Looking for information on Elizabeth Milligan. Daughter of Thomas Milligan (born 12 Jul 1802 on the boat from Ireland to the US and died 28 Jan 1872 in PA) and Elizabeth Palmyra LaCoe (b 25 Dec 1813 and died 4 Mar 1884 in PA) The family had no more information than she was the youngest and moved to Michigan after her mother's death. They lived in the Lackawanna Township and Newton Township area in northeast PA. With census information, I believe Elizabeth was born about 1855. Her brother, Anthony Milligan (born Apr 1847), also moved to Michigan (Sherman Township, Isabella County). According to census reports, he stayed there and never married. No idea when he died or where he is buried. He lived in 1900, 1910, and 1920 with Rosetta / Roseta Adams (b. 1859) and then just her son Roy Adams (b. 1894). Other families from the Newton and Ransom Township area (in northeast PA) settled in Woodstock and Devil's Lake including their first cousin, my uncle Louis or Lewis Stephen LaCoe who married Rhoda Pearson of Devil's Lake. Other surnames include Bedell, Rosenkrans, Thompson, Richards Does anyone have any information on her?
