He was born in New York State, and moved with his family to Mich. His father was Joseph Tuttle, also buried in Weston cemetery. Joseph has a plaque on his grave marking him as a veteran of the revolutionary war. If this is the Abner you are looking for, I can give you the generations all the way back to 1482 in England.
