    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/mFB.2ACE/2788 Message Board Post: Looking for any of the Ward family who livedin Deerfield in the 19th century. Originals were Anthony Ward and wife Margaret Muir Ward, presumably died in Deerfield. Their descendents: Cornelius Ward, Margaret Ward Gallagher,Bernard Ward,William Ward, James Ward, and John Ward who married Elizabeth Fenton. She may have originated in Deerfield as well. Supposedly many of these are buried in "the Catholic cemetery in Deerfield" but do not know the name of this cemetery. Anyone out there?

    3. Go here: http://www.geocities.com/lenaweemi/ find link to cemeteries: http://www.geocities.com/lenaweemi/cemetery.html towards bottom of page, find link to Library of Michigan, Michigan cemeteries do a search, Monroe County, Look for the Catholic cemetery Saint Alphonse's (Saint Alphonsus'), Summerfield Township, THAT IS THE CATHOLIC CEMETERY FOR DEERFIELD CATHOLIC CHURCH! this link may take you directly there, not sure it will work: http://michigancemeteries.libraryofmichigan.org/cemeterydetail.aspx?cemeteryid=3759 I have had people argue with me about the location of this cemetery, it is about 1/2 mile out of Lenawee County, but it IS the burial ground for that church, and the church IS located in Deerfield.
