Baptist churches have horrible records. I have not seen any Baptist church records for churches in Lenawee, HOWEVER, that does not mean there are none. You could try calling a few of the Baptist churches that are currently in the phone book and see what they tell you. I am unaware of any archives like the Methodists and Lutherans and other denominations have, again, that does not mean there are none.
