Christopher TEMPLE showed up on the 1870 census in Macon, Lenawee Co. Michigan. Then in the 1880 census in Burt, Cheboygan, Co. Michigan. my Christopher TEMPLE and a woman named Jane probably fathered my great great grandfather J.H. Temple. Joseph Hubert Temple, shows up in 1930 census for Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan and 1910 census for West Traverse, Emmet Co., Michigan. His wife at the time, Selah, also shows up on the 1910 census. He was married before her to Dulah, and after her to Eunice. Joseph and Dulah fathered my great grandmother, Genevieve Temple. In 1920 census for Wasco Co. Oregon it shows he moved there with his family for a time. Genevieve Temple shows up in the 1910 Emmet Co. Michigan census, the 1920 Wasco Co. Oregon census, and I know she died in Salem, OR Asylum and was burried at the IOOF cemetery in The Dalles, Wasco Co. OR. Her husband was Arthur Nelson Oldfield.
