MONDAY, DECEMBER 23, 1940, CALEDONIA WOMAN DIES ON SATURDAY. FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. MAGDALENA VANDERHOFF, 91 , ONE OF CALEDONIA'S OLDEST RESIDENTS, WILL BE HELD AT 2P.M. TUESDAY AT THE CROSS FUNERAL HOME IN CALEDOINA. A RESIDENT OF CALEDONIA FOR MORE THAN 50 YEARS, MRS. VANDERHOFF DIED LATE SATURDAY AT THE HOME OF HER SON, FRED, IN OTSEGO. SHE CAME TO CALEDONIA FORM THE NETHERLANDS. IN ADDITION TO THE SON, MRS. VANDERHOFF LEAVES ANOTHER SON, WLLIAM OF CALEDONIA; A DAUGHTER, MRS. GEORGE BAKER OF BYRON CENTER; TWO SISTERS, MRS. JOHN WILLEMSEN OF GRAND RAPIDS AND KATE IN THE NETHERLANDS; 12 GRANDCHILDERN; 26 GREAT-GRANDCHILDERN AND TWO GREAT-GREAT-GRANDCHILDERN.
