Agnes was a wonderful wife and the most loving and caring mother. She always put her family first and little Mom will always be in our hearts. Agnes was co-owner of Frank Kovach's Blueberry Farms and worked hard for many years helping manage the farms. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank G. Kovach; son, Francis S. Kovach, and infant son, John. She is survived by her children, Pamela and Nick Mandalou of Tarpon Springs, FL, Rita Kovach of Rockford, Jim and Linda Kovach of Rockford, Janice and David Gillstedt of Grand Rapids, Thomas and Dora Kovach of Belmont, Annette and Bill Brillinger of New Boston, MI; daughter-in-law, Sue Kovach of Portage; 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and their families. A Mass of Christian Burial for Agnes will be offered Saturday morning at 11:00 o'clock at Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Belmont, MI with the Rev. Pet! er Vu presiding. Interment in Assumption BVM Catholic Cemetery. The Rosary will be prayed on Friday evening at 7:00 o'clock at the funeral home. Those planning expressions of sympathy are asked to consider the Consolata Missionary Sisters or In Home Hospice. Relatives and friends may greet Mrs. Kovach's family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Friday at the Pederson Funeral Home and from 10:30 AM until the time of Mass at the church on Saturday.
