WALMA-Mrs. Clara WALMA, aged 87, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord Thursday, December 14, 1978. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Betty) DELEEUW of Fla., Mrs. Ted (Nellie) OPPEWALL of Jenison, Mrs. Harry (Grace) WILBUR of Lamont, Mrs. Donald (Evelyn) BUIKEMA of Grandville; two sons, Rev. Albert WALMA of Morrison, Ill., Cornelius WALMA of Rockford; 32 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Grace WIERSUM of Grandville; Mrs. Sam (Gertrude) STERK of Grand Rapids; five brothers, Edward HOOGEBOOM of Grand Rapids, Menno HOOGEBOOM of Detroit, John HOOGEBOOM, Sid HOOGEBOOM both of Wyoming, and Charles HOOGEBOOM of Grand Rapids. The funeral service will be held 2:00 Saturday afternoon at the funeral chapel. Rev. Christian VANDENHUEVAL officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvin Christian School Assn. (Envelopes available at the funeral home).
