They came to Grand Rapids from the Netherlands sometime in the early 1860’s (as best I’ve been able to tell). They appear in Grand Rapids in the 1870 Michigan Census. Jacob’s father Pieter (or Peter) lived with them as well. Trying to discover when they came to the U.S. exactly, and possibly what ship they came over on….or ANY other info on them. Thanks! Scott
