Hello Barbara, The obituary of Jacob DeZeeuw is as follows...... Grand Rapids Press Friday, June 20, 1930, page 26 DE ZEEUW-Jacob DeZeeuw, aged 67, passed away early Friday morning at Butterworth hospital. Surviving are the widow; six sons, Peter, Charles, James, William, Andrew, and Jacob DeZeeuw; five daughters, Mrs. Herman Brinks, Mrs. Charles Bosma, Mrs. Ivan Babbitt, Ada and Cora DeZeeuw; sixteen grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. John Vis and Mrs. William Denkema. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home in Falmouth and at 2 o'clock at the Prosper Christian Reformed church. Interment in Prosper cemetery.
