Hello Jean and List, Yes , I notice this also in my own line. My Dad was named John (after his Dad) and Donald after no one I can find in our line. Verrry Strange!!! His last name was Powers from Macomb County and St. Clair County. But he had an Aunt and Uncle from Kent Co.-Edward and Pearl Shantz-Moline Michigan circa 1930-1980.
