Billard - age 75, went to be with his Lord Friday May 10, 2002. He was preceded in death by his son Stephen Billard. He is survived by his wife Charlene; his children David (Susan) Harness, Susan (Brian) Pleune, Stephanie (David) Israels; his grandchildren; Rebecca, Lisa, Matthew, and Wesley Harness, Brian and Christina Pleune, Alex and Max Israels; his sisters Joyce (Gunther) Peters and Barbara (Tom) Nagel, and several nieces and nephews. Floyd was a very lov-ing and caring husband and father who will be greatly missed. Floyd's family would like to express their appreciation for the care provided by all doctors. A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11:00 am at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, the Father Lou Anderson officiating. Visitation will be this evening from 7-9 pm and Monday 2-4 & 7- 9 pm with a rosary service at 8:30 pm on Monday.
