In other words, Adriana Bogers has died and he has now remarried. The words actually mean: "Bridegroom widower (wdnr is abbrev. for "weduwnaar" which means widower) of Adriana Bogers". Isn't that website wonderful? I do not speak Dutch myself, but I bought myself a Dutch-English and English-Dutch Dictionary at Barnes and Noble. It has been of great help to me!
