OBITUARY: GRANDON-Mr. John P. GRANDON, aged 66 went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 30, 1995. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 154. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn GRANDON; two sons, Doug GRANDON and friend Debra BROWN, and David GRANDON and friend Lisa HOST; two grandchildren, Jason and Krista GRANDON; sisters and brothers-in-law, Myrl COMBS of Midland, Margaret and Howard CASE of OH, Dorothy and Don SCHULTE, Vivian and John RUSSO, Violet DUBOIS, Lela and Jim MURPHY; nieces and nephews; many special friends. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 11 AM at the Matthysse & Kuiper Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, Grandville, with Dr. John Ross THOMPSON officiating. Interment with military honor guard at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Grandville United Methodist Church-Stephens Ministry (envelopes available at the chapel). Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
