Surnames: Lagerqvist Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/kFB.2ACE/4340 Message Board Post: i have just found on a ship manifest where a Ellen Lagerqvist, age 19 {born abt 1880} arrived in NY on 25 Nov 1899, also on the same ship was a Augusta Lagerqvist, age 30 {born abt 1869} presume they were sisters, they came from Sweden, destination was stated as "Sparta, Michigan". would like to find them in 1900 Census in Michigan, Ellen/Ella got married sometime about1905-1909, don't know where??? would like to trace if Augusta got married somewhere. Is there an index to marriages for Kent County by bride's names??? [of course i can try to find them on the 1900 Soundex for MI] Any help appreciated. Thanks.
