Rappard Resident Half Century Dies Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Weds for Frederick W. rappard 80 who died at his home at 522 Bremer St. Ne Monday morning Burial will be in Fair Plains Cemetery. Mr. Rappard who was born in the Netherlands and came to Grand Rapids 50 years ago is survived by his widow Emma 2 daughters Mrs. Harry Lindblom and Mrs. Martin Bursma a stepdaughter, Mrs. Frank J. Hughes of this city and a stepson Harry Hunt of washington. 20 Jan l96l Grand Rapids Press Rappard Mrs. Emma rappard (Hunt) age 87 of 523 Carrier St. NE widow of Frederick Rappard passed away Thursday evening at the Beacon Light Christian Nursing Home in Marne. Surviving are l son Harry E. Hunt of Silver Springs Maryland l daughter Mrs. Frank J. Hughes. 2 stepdaughters Mrs. Harry Lindblom and Mrs. Sidney Korhorn of Grand Rapids. 5 grandchildren and ll great grandchildren. Mrs. Rappard reposes at the Van Strien alman Mortuary l833 Plainfield Ave. where services will be held 2 pm Monday. Internment Fairplains Cemetery.
