I am looking for his birth grandfather. I am afraid that I do not have much information but I will log what I do have. His name is Rex Hotaling he was born on January 5, 1903 in Edmore Michigan (I believe this is Montcalm County). Rex is the s/o Jon B. Hotaling (b. in Ireland). I believe Jon married a woman named Sara Jane Pelton and Sara was born in Springport Michigan (I believe it is Jackson County). Sara's father was Henry Pelton and I believe he fought in the Civil War. It is my understanding that Rex had a daughter that lived in Kent county and her name was or is June.
